1. Who We Are
Alexander Gray provides informational wellness coaching, AI-assisted reflection, intake review, event booking, and consultation preparation tools based on personal knowledge and experience. The services are not medical care, psychotherapy, diagnosis, treatment, formal education, or emergency support.

2. Information We Collect
We may collect information you submit directly, including:
- name, email, phone number, city, country, age range, and contact preferences;
- intake answers about goals, habits, readiness, wellness concerns, and safety screening;
- Telegram profile data available through Telegram Mini Apps, such as Telegram ID, username, first name, last name, language code, and premium status;
- AI Coach chat messages and support messages you send through Telegram;
- event booking requests, consultation booking requests, notes, and status updates;
- files, photos, captions, documents, or media you send to the support bot.
3. How We Use Information
We use information to:
- operate the intake, AI Coach, profile, event, booking, and support features;
- associate Telegram users with submitted intake records;
- personalize AI Coach responses using your intake context and chat history;
- review suitability, safety, support needs, and consultation readiness;
- respond to support messages and forward support conversations to authorized administrators;
- maintain records needed for service delivery, fraud prevention, compliance, and dispute handling;
- improve product quality, reliability, and user experience.
4. AI Processing and Accuracy
AI-generated responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or unsuitable for your individual context. AI Coach outputs are informational wellness opinions, organization assistance, and reflection prompts only. They are not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, psychotherapy, professional care, or formal education. You should independently verify important information and consult qualified professionals before making health, supplement, medication, financial, legal, or safety-related decisions.
When we use external AI model providers, we use data minimization practices designed to avoid sending direct identifiers such as your name, email address, phone number, Telegram ID, or Telegram username. AI requests may include anonymized intake context, user questions, and chat history needed to generate a relevant response. If you include personal data inside a free-text message, we may use automated redaction where practical before sending the request to an AI provider.
5. Support Bot Messages
Messages sent to @AlexanderGray_bot, including text, images, files, captions, and other Telegram-supported media, may be copied or forwarded to authorized administrators so they can respond. If an administrator replies to a copied support message, the reply may be sent back to you through Telegram.
6. Payments and Service Records
If payment functionality is enabled, payment processing may be handled by third-party payment providers. We do not intentionally store full card numbers. Payment providers may process personal data under their own terms and privacy policies. We may retain transaction, booking, refund, and dispute-related records where needed for accounting, compliance, fraud prevention, and customer support.
7. Sharing Information
We may share information with:
- authorized administrators and service operators;
- infrastructure providers such as hosting, database, messaging, analytics, storage, or payment vendors;
- AI model providers that process anonymized or minimized prompts for intake review, AI Coach responses, safety filtering, and service quality;
- professional advisors, compliance providers, or authorities when legally required or necessary to protect rights, safety, and service integrity.
We do not sell personal information. We do not intentionally send direct identifiers such as name, email, phone number, Telegram ID, or Telegram username to AI model providers for ordinary AI Coach or intake review processing.
8. Data Retention
We keep information for as long as needed to provide the services, maintain user history, respond to support requests, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our terms. You may request deletion from the profile page, by email, or through Telegram support.
9. Deletion and Access Requests
You can view profile information inside the app and may request deletion of your intake, AI Coach chat history, booking requests, and support-related records. Some records may be retained where required for legal, compliance, security, payment, fraud prevention, or dispute reasons.
10. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No online service can guarantee perfect security. You should avoid sending highly sensitive medical, financial, or identity documents unless specifically requested through a secure process.
11. International Use
The service may be operated through providers in multiple countries. By using the service, you understand that information may be processed outside your country of residence, subject to applicable law and provider safeguards.
12. Age Restriction
The services are only intended for users who are at least 21 years old. We do not permit people under 21 to use the intake, AI Coach, bookings, private events, or paid services. If we learn that a person under 21 submitted information, we may delete the information, refuse service, and cancel access.
13. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy as the service evolves. Continued use after updates means you accept the updated policy.
